On August 18th at Ironwood’s Aurora Club, the Ironwood Chamber of Commerce sponsored Ron Wirtz, Outreach Director for the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, for both small-group roundtables and a noon lunch presentation on “Recent Economic Trends in the Western Upper Peninsula.” We had great attendance and some outstanding home-made pasties and cake by the Aurora Club’s Denise Trone.
