We are now about midway through September as the Chamber office guy writes this, and the leaves, they are a’turning! Mostly yellows and light browns now, and more color closer to Lake Superior, but the time, it is a moving fast, and it will not be long until the vibrant reds and browns will paint the great landscape of the Gogebic Range. The Ironwood Chamber welcomes all of our area visitors to stop in to the Historic Ironwood Depot office (150 North Lowell St, Ironwood) and pick up area maps and guides that will give you easy to travel routes to the maximum of color! Want to really guess where we are color wise? Click on the “webcam” button at the top of this home page, and check Mt. Zion overlook, Big Snow skihills, and our own Depot park. Looking forward to a glorious Fall Color Season!
