Following time-honored broadcasting tradition, Jesse Baroka started his radio career in high school.  Now, with the purchase of WUPM-WHRY in 2016, his long-time dream of having his own independent station is fulfilled.   Of course, regular WUPM-WHRY listeners will recognize Jesse’s voice, as he as been with the station as an employee for a number of years.  But now, as Baroka Broadcasting, Jesse moves to the “director’s chair” and is set to begin a new era in U.P. and northern Wisconsin broadcasting.   Give a listen at WUPM 106.9!
