Keweenaw Land Association, Limited, previously operated as a forest products and land management company owning substantial subsurface mineral rights.  Since the late 2021 sale of its timberland assets, the Company has undergone a transformational change in business focus on its mineral assets.  The Company is essentially returning to its roots as a royalty company while undertaking some project generation and acquisition opportunities that meet the Company’s stringent capital allocation process.  Management believes the Company’s vast mineral portfolio offers significant opportunities to create and realize value for shareholders.
