Our Lady of Peace was created in 1986 as the three historic Ironwood parishes of St. Ambrose, St. Michael’s, and Holy Trinity consolidated.  A new era for the Catholic people of Ironwood began.  Since 1986 we have expanded our site facilities with the addition of the St. Joseph Room and the renovation of the church nave.  Our Lady of Peace is a Catholic Community of compassionate, welcoming, and Spirit-filled people.  Our mission is to proclaim the Gospel in Word, Sacrament, and Faith to serve all people in Christian Love.
