The Ironwood Chamber of Commerce is again sponsoring a community-wide Volunteer Fair to be held at the Ironwood Memorial Building on November 14, from 3-6pm. The purpose of the Fair is to connect up area non-profit organizations (who depend upon volunteers to accomplish their mission and/or events) and folks looking to become more involved in community development. From trails groups, through festival committees, to health & well-being and music/art/theatre, the Chamber 2024 Volunteer Fair will bring together 30+ organizations in one (very big) room to meet, greet, and share needs & goals with students and adult folks. U.P. North, all of the Festivals that visitors and locals like to participate in and attend are put on by non-profit organizations and their respective volunteers. To keep things growing and moving into the future, it is very important that new folks come aboard! There will be door prizes donated by local businesses! Stop on down to the Memorial Building, 213 South Marquette Street, Ironwood, on Thursday, November 14!
