As the picture from the top of Ironwood’s Mt. Zion shows, things U.P. here are green at last. School is out, and folks are on the move–both outdoors and on the road. The Ironwood Historical Society Depot museum has new displays for 2026 and in July and August, the museum will host a photography exhibit from the Emberlight Festival of the Arts https://emberlight.org/ And–don’t miss Festival Ironwood, July 15-18, here at the Depot and Depot park! Four days of free entertainment! Friday is “kids day” and Saturday brings the huge Arts and Crafts Vendor event and the Old Depot Classic Car show.
