Paving of the Iron Belle Trail from Bessemer to Ramsay has been accomplished. The above picture gives a hint at the beauty which awaits the hiker or the biker! With the advent of Fall next month, the entire paved trail from the Montreal River to Ramsay (10 miles) will exhibit the most wonderful of Fall color vistas! Many thanks due to a host of organizations, contributors, and trail constructors who, over the course of many years of planning and fund-raising, have made this next leg of the Iron Belle Trail a reality. Every morning the parking lot of Depot park by the Chamber office has cars that are resting while hiker and biker folks head out on the trail!
